Due to the nature of custom – made products, please take into consideration that we only accept cancellations or order modifications within the first 24hours after your order has been placed.

Please take in to considerations that all our products are custom made therefore, we do not accept refunds.
* Packaging removal, worn /used products cannot be exchanged or refunded.
* Please note that the reason for exchange/ refunds does not apply to fine scratches, blowholes on the surface, color, tone, size etc… of natural stones.
* If defects occur and the product has not been worn, please contact us within 7 days from the receipt of your order.
* It is our policy to make direct exchanges (exchange to the same product, size, color) for items with defects.
* All courier costs due to defects will be covered by us.
* Refunds and exchange can be denied if customers insist on minor difference for the purpose of return or refund, or if we notice any abuse in our policy.
